Jade is the winner of DK $2 battle 2009 against Nao and Cedric! Jade has proved that she is a great and versatile dancer. Come and try her new Hip Hop Class at DK every Friday 8.30pm-9.30pm (Int) & every Sunday 3.00pm-4.00pm (Beg)

Jade has been dancing since she was a small girl growing up in Canberra. Watching her Dad bboy/dj/mc from a young age she was inspired to dance and feast on the hip hop culture as much as she could. Jade has had no ‘formal’ dance training but has had many years worth of working and training with all kinds of dancers from many genres all around the world. She is a proud member of Deja since 2009, has been battling and working professionally since 2006. Jades best known for her ear for music, freestyling and her love for bgirling. She doesn’t believe in sticking to one style of dance if you don’t want to and loves everything from breaking, popping, house, wacking, dancehall to all commercial styles. The list is endless! Jade will share her own knowledge of what each style is but also likes to encourage originality and self expression (also know as ‘fun’).
